Period grandeur – Contemporary comfort.
Set within the prestigious Hepburn Gardens, Century House is an impressive residence built in the Scottish baronial style dating from 1906. While its striking architecture, generous proportions and wealth of original period features gave the house remarkable presence, its internal layout no longer reflected the way
a modern family lives.
Our comprehensive renovation carefully reconfigured the home to create elegant spaces with flow and connection while ensuring its historic character remained firmly at the forefront. A magnificent double drawing room was created, original features were celebrated throughout and luxurious bedroom suites introduced a new level of comfort and practicality.
At the heart of the transformation is a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, living and dining space, where thoughtful structural alteration, together with a carefully integrated extension, create a seamless connection to extensive south-facing gardens where outdoor entertaining areas, an outdoor kitchen and beautifully landscaped surroundings extend the living space beyond the walls of the house.
The result is a timeless family home that balances architectural heritage with contemporary living at its very best.
